Russell Wall has served as the City Clerk/Chief Financial Officer for the City of Clinton since October 2005. Prior to this he served as the City Clerk/Director of Finance for the City of McComb. He received a BPA degree in Accounting from Mississippi State University (1981), is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Municipal Clerk-Collector. Russell has over thirty years of accounting and auditing in government, banking, gaming, and real estate investment trust companies.
